Pretty pleased with my procedure. Not so much with unclear pricing and customer service. Called in by Dr Bassi. Asked me what I had come for, I started to explain, but he interrupted and spoke over me basically saying, yes ive done it before, its straight forward. Do you want to go ahead today or not? I agreed. So away we went to another room and procedure was done very quickly. No issues with that. But then my bill!! well id paid a 30 up front deposit for the consultation. The procedure was 200. So that left me 170 to pay. Errm no. In total it was 240 as he put a small tube of kelo cote on the bill. An after cream for scars. Its on amazon for 14.99!!!!! Was I asked if I wanted to purchase this? no. It all happened so fast and he showed me out the door and walked in the opposite direction, I was in shock I think. As for staff. I never saw one. I entered through the usual GP surgery, was showed to private waiting room by GP surgery receptionist.
0 Stars After booking an appointment over the phone for a Saturday 12 noon , I also asked if they could send me an email to confirm that the appointment was booked . I spoke to a lady called Mag she said they dont send email confirmation , I will just have to come over on the day of my appointment as its written in their booking diary , and she asked me to pay a deposit over the phone , she took my card details and say payment has gone through youve been booked. Few days later I noticed that the payment was not taken , I called back just to make sure that the appointment was still on ... SURPRISE SURPRISE ! I spoke to the same lady ( Mag ) and she had no clue about my appointment lol and told me she could not find my name in their booking diary ,that they were having a Christmas party around that time on that day and it wasnt possible I was given an appointment on that day !!!! How did I get her name then ? Ok , if the mistake was mine so which day did she booked me then ? She couldnt find my name no where in their diary , just like NO APPOINTMENT WAS MADE ( smh)I would have gone there and waste my time . Thank God I did call . No apologies . She seems not to care , I even remind her that she took my bank details to secure the deposit , she said she was going to check and will give me a call back and since NOTHING. No professionalism at all . Avoiiiiiiid !
Although I only had a minor procedure, Dr Bassi was very professional and made me feel at ease. The clinic is well equipped and the staff are very friendly. As Dr Bassi is medically trained, Im sure you are in good hands.
Dr B thank you so much for the excellent job removing two very large moles on my face and the great deal on the price such good value compared to others. First one was done three weeks ago and it healing brilliantly hopefully no scaring as excellent aftercare and products to help the healing process. I can now wear my hair up with confidence :-). See you soon for the next three.
